Peititioners and defendants below, R. Michael Crowson and Seattle-First National Bank (Seattle-First), the lessor and assignee of the lessor's interest in the contracts, respectively, contend this action must be dismissed on forum non conveniens grounds and because forum selection clauses in the contracts do not permit Sealaska to bring this type of suit in Alaska.
